Employment Solicitor

This is a great opportunity to join an established yet growing team that are part of a fantastic business. You will be working for a longstanding and well-respected law firm with a strong presence with multiple offices. This client is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to work across a wide range of interesting work.
They are offering a great base salary with a strong benefits package including pension, life insurance and bonus.
Key Responsibilities:

• Contentious and Non-contentious Employment issues
• Representing clients in Employment Tribunal claims
• Reviewing and drafting Employment Contracts, including directors’ service agreements
• Advising on Redundancy/Restructure, TUPE and Termination of Employment
• Advising on Dismissal procedures
• Advising on Settlement agreements, including director exit packages

What’s needed for me to be considered?

• 0-2 PQE
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law
• Ability to work with colleagues at all levels
