An excellent opportunity to lead a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well–known PLC organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation as well as people management experience. The role is fully remote and working in an in–house environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders in the business, making recommendations to reduce tribunal claims You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquires particularly around tribunals Lead, inspire and coach a talented team of lawyers and paralegals Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues Candidate Requirements

The role is fully remote (WFH) as are the wider team. Salary is up to circa 70,000.
