The Role
This firm boasts an enviable client base, allowing you to work with interesting, high-profile clients.
The firm is at an exciting stage of expansion and looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to deal with:
- Advising a broad range of clients across sectors including construction, energy & resource management, higher education and financial services, housing, local government and health & social care
- Supervising and advising on employee relations matters including internal disciplinary/grievance/capability processes, reviewing policies/procedures/contracts and advising on equalities obligations
- Handling Employment Tribunals, advising on TUPE processes including inputting into drafting of commercial agreements as well as delivering training on a broad range of employment issues and supporting business development
- Mentor junior staff
About You
- You will be an experience Employment Solicitor (ideally over 4 years’ PQE), with an in-depth understanding of business-related employment
- You will have some supervisory and tribunal experience
