About Us, The Team & Role
Gloucester City Council has ambitious cultural plans and with investment from the Arts Council England for Gloucester Guildhall as it joins the National Portfolio (NPO) there’s never been a more exciting time to join the Culture team.
You will plan and deliver an engagement and Participation programme for the city’s cultural venues; to include Gloucester Guildhall, Museum of Gloucester and Blackfriars Priory widening our reach and impact, while developing impactful partnerships.
About You
You’ll be passionate about the power of arts and culture to transform lives – and be focused on ensuring that the programme reflects and includes our diverse communities through creative engagement activity.
You will be on an annualised hours contract to meet the needs to the live events industry, which means that you will work to the cultural programme. In return, you’ll be offered a positive, flexible working environment and conditions and join a passionate and committed team.
