Engine Overhaul Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in industrial diesel Engine Overhaul and repair services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

The Role:
- Conduct proactive research to identify new opportunities in the industrial diesel Engine Overhaul and repair sector.
- Utilize various communication channels including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to engage with prospective clients.
- Promote WB Power Services and our offerings to all relevant parties.
- Oversee and assist in the preparation and submission of quotations and tenders.
- Take responsibility for managing and tracking all submitted quotations, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, quotes, visits, and other sales activities in Salesforce.
- Research and target potential high-yield customers.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote other WB products and services.
- Send introductory letters to prospective clients.
- Manage frameworks for national contracts.
- Adhere to WB Power Services Ltd procedures and utilize our proprietary systems.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in Industrial engine sales.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or Business Development Manager role.
- Possession of a full, clean UK driver's license.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Expertise in communication via telephone, face-to-face meetings, and email.
- Confidence in conducting sales meetings.
- Competence in using Microsoft applications.
- Resilient and tenacious work ethic.
