Position available for an Engineering Manager to join a blue-chip manufacturer in a role offering complete autonomy and progression into Head of Operations.  

This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills & develop them further with a company renowned for their retention & development of staff.

An ideal applicant is an experience Engineering / Maintenance Manager with strong team leadership abilities and a genuine interest in operations. Any industry experience can be considered.

The company are multinational manufacturer with a presence across 4 continents. They are renowned for the development & retention of their staff, with progression available across any of their sites worldwide. Due to continued growth & expansion, they are now looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.

In this position you will report directly to the Head of Operations and be the subject matter expert on engineering for the Greetland site. You will be focused on increasing plant reliability whilst coaching, mentoring, and developing a team.

*Engineering / Maintenance Manager (or similar experience)
*Diverse experience covering CI, TPM, PPM, Projects etc.
