About The Company & Role
My client are a Sunday Times Top 100 Employer aiming to go Net Zero by 2050 at the latest and are the UK’s largest independent leasing, fleet management and vehicle outsourcing business.
You will be part of the Commercial Team who are building a brand new platform, with lots of new clients being onboarded and will be working with a mix of legacy tech and newer tech, backed by a management team including CTO.
The build is not fully complete and there will be lot's of areas to get stuck in to - with a team made up of Engineering Manager, 5 perm staff and 6 contractors.
What They Are Looking For
????Successful experience as a Hands-Off Engineering Manager of a similar size team is a must
????Strong in all areas including Leading, Development, Mentoring, Coaching and people focused
????Ideally overseen C#/.Net, Full Stack .Net or Front-End Teams who work with React & Angular
????Azure ideal however they are happy to consider AWS/GCP
????Good grasp of Kubernetes, Terraform, Microservices, CI/CD, TDD, Agile and SOLID principles
