Our Client is looking for an Engineering Services Support Administrator to join their rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in engineering services, and operations within mechanical and electrical.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Update progress on the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
Ensure that all statutory works are completed and that the client is compliant.
Liaise with clients regularly to facilitate all assigned client calls to the billing stage.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be able to work in Ireland and speak fluent English.
At least three years of experience in a comparable role.
Mechanical/electrical/Construction knowledge.
Ability to prioritize work and work effectively under pressure.
Capability to make decisions and work independently.
Keep all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) worksheets compliant and regularly updated.
Respond to customer needs in a timely manner
Be able to assess issues and relay this to clients
