Entry Level Accounts Assistant

Type: Full-Time, On-Site (5 days a week)

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Accounts Assistant to join our client's accounting team. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks and support the financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain financial reports
• Enter financial data into accounting software accurately and timely
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is advantageous
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
