Requirements:
What you will be doing?
- Participating in our in-house Learning and Development training programme
- Business development – Obtaining and developing client relationships and constantly seeking new opportunities in the market for business growth
- Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Process management: Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from the first point of contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up
- Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and utilising various databases and social media
- Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news
- Hitting daily targets and KPI's

- Basic salary £23,500-£25,000 (increased guarantees available depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure. Average earnings: 1st year OTE £30k-£35k, 2nd Year OTE £40k-£45k, 3rd Year OTE £50k-£55k, 4th Year OTE £60-100k
