Your Purpose

This role allows the opportunity for someone to work across the full Talent spectrum of recruitment and development by providing end to end support on all Western Europe Entry Level Talent initiatives including recruitment, selection, pre-onboarding, induction, review and ongoing development. The scope of the role includes early careers apprenticeship schemes and graduate programmes and will evolve to include any other early career initiatives such as: school leavers programmes, placement years and any other initiative targeted to attract, develop and retain Entry Level Talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team to create campaigns and attraction activities targeted towards sourcing external Entry Level Talent.
• Support with the design and delivery of candidate assessment days.
• Work with Entry Level Talent Manager (ELT) to provide onboarding support to the new starters, and ongoing pastoral support for current cohorts.
• Support the ELT Manager in the design and maintenance of generic learning components, evaluation of the learning pathways and providing evidence of learning effectiveness and learner experience.
• Lead the financial management of the Apprenticeship Levy. Provide accurate monthly reporting to Finance team and Western Europe Talent Leadership Development Director on both ELT headcount (forecast-v-actual) and budget spend.
• Provide support on Entry Level Talent retention with a focus on offboarding into new roles on completion of the early career programmes.
