In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading cultural improvements by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance organisational culture and colleague experience.As a role model for the Trust values and leadership behaviours, you’ll promote a positive, inclusive culture throughout the organisation.Main Duties:Lead diversity and inclusion cultural improvements across the Trust.Evaluate opportunities and implement solutions to enhance organisational culture and staff experience.Drive the Diversity and Inclusion strategy, including robust reporting and analysis of key data (e.g., Workforce Race Equality scheme and Workforce Disability Equality scheme).Collaborate with teams to solve organisational challenges.Design and implement interventions, including training programs.About Us: The sole purpose of Birmingham Children’s Trust is to make a positive difference for children, young people and families in the city, by driving up the quality of practice and partnerships across the city and its services.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunities Employer.
