My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team in Cheltenham! My client offers full training for this role with an excellent benefits package!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to current clients via email and over the phone, meeting, and surpassing performance KPIs and targets.
• You will begin in early 2024 and have an 8-week training academy after a 4-week induction.

Requirements:

• Driven to accomplish all goals and objectives as a group all while having a great time!

• No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training!
• Must have a background, knowledge or genuine interest in Equine.
• Excellent team player.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Enthusiastic positive attitude!
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
