My client is looking for a customer service advisor to join their vibrant and collaborative team. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. The position offers a basic salary of £21,255 per annum, coupled with a generous quarterly bonus, allowing you to potentially earn up to £24,255 annually. As part of the team at the UK's largest independent Insurance Brokers, you'll also enjoy various other perks and benefits.

Main Responsibilities -

• Providing great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email.
• Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPI’s and targets.
• Working alongside a large team, supporting each other in order to achieve goals and objectives all whilst having fun!
• Monday-to-Friday work schedule, totalling 37.5 hours a week. Additionally, there is a requirement to work one in three Saturday mornings from 9 am to 12:30 pm, with the benefit of receiving a half day off in the subsequent week.
