Erp Support Analyst

As an ERP Support Analyst, you will provide best-practice solutions to application faults and operational issues that improve efficiency and accuracy. You will be expected to take an active role in continuous improvement projects and will be coached and trained in any necessary skills.

To give you an idea of how this ERP Support Analyst role will look and feel, these are some things you can expect to do:

• Complete regular health checks to ensure best practice is met
• Coordinate with SMEs, tracking and reporting D365 updates
• Analyse any faults or operational errors
• Compose proposals and options for ERP faults and issues
• Identify and engage with stakeholders.

To apply for this ERP Support Analyst role, you will need to be educated to a degree or equivalent level in a Computing or related discipline. You will also require the following:

• Experience in Dynamics 365 finance & operations
• Good understanding of financial and operational processes
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
