This a Great opportunity for a passionate IT-orientated individual to join a well-established client based in Southampton. The successful IT Support Analyst should have experience working in an IT support environment, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team. The role will involve troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining the IT equipment within schools across Southampton. The successful candidate will be joining a growing company in the aim to support schools across Southampton, with excellent opportunities to develop their skillset.

Required SKILLS
- Knowledge of Microsoft software and technologies including Microsoft 365
- Windows 10/11, Windows Mobile, and tablet versions.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Windows Servers
- Understanding of printing including direct printing, print servers, and printer configuration.
- Good knowledge of end-user devices including laptops, PCs, printers, tablets, and smart phones
- Experience in Microsoft Azure would be beneficial.
- Cloud software including backup/IT Security
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise your workload.
