Reporting to the Property Director in this position the Estate Agent will get to properly own and drive forward a part of the business (sales) that has a massive growth potential.
Estate Agent (Sales) Overview:
The main role of the Estate Agent is to build a pipeline of residential property sales, acting in the interests of the buyer and / or seller, providing guidance and advice to help the purchase process complete efficiently and smoothly.
In this role you will have full autonomy to help drive the residential sales business forward, whether this be, mailers (through the support of the marketing department), door to door visits, competitor targeting, networking, referrals etc, this is a true blank canvas and one of those rare opportunities to build and be part of something really special.
Estate Agent Duties.
- Negotiating the sales of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets.
- Use creative and imaginative processes to bring new properties onto the sales portfolio.
- Generating & completing a targeted number of viewings and market appraisals per week
- Converting viewings to offers
- Negotiating offers to complete the deal cycle.
- Progressing sales through to completion, working with our internal Sales Progression team
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service throughout the process

- Proven working experience in the residential sales industry, with a solid record of success.
- A good understanding of the residential sales legislation, market trends and enjoys keeping up to date with industry news would be beneficial.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and articulate communication skills.
- Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed.
- A car driver with own transport will be a strong advantage to the role.
