Key Responsibilities: As the Estate Director, you will play a pivotal role in the effective and efficient management of designated multi site developments. Utilise your leadership skills to oversee asset management, mobilisation, risk management, contract management, team leadership, financial management, and client engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven senior management experience in hospitality, hotel, or leisure sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Meticulous approach with excellent organisational and communication skills.

This is an on-site role, working Monday to Friday, but due to the nature of the business will require that you occasionally work outside of these hours when required. The role is offering a competitive salary of between £50,000 to £70,000 depending upon experience. Plus full training and external qualifications will be funded and provided by the business.
