Estate Officer – Start Date (As Soon As Possible)
Full-time 37hrs/pw All year round
Scale 4/5 (SCP 7 -17) depending on experience
Actual salary £24,294-£28,770 plus £527 special school allowance
Working under the direction of the Estate Manager and SLT, the post holder will have responsibilities for the caretaking and maintenance of the school estate to ensure the safety, security and sound condition of buildings, facilities and grounds. The post holder will take a lead role in health, safety and compliance as well as management of COSHH with a key focus on driving forward and maintaining the digitisation of all premises and estates related operations. Occasional out of hours and weekend work may be required, for which overtime payments/TOIL will apply.
