SalaryWe are actively seeking an experienced Estates Officer to work for an organisation based in Bradford. The contract will originally go for atleast 6 months, but with a likely extension or opportunity for Permanent employment
Position:Estates Officer
Location: Bradford
Pay rate: Between £21 and £28 per hour (through Umbrella/CIS company)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of in-house Engineers (mechanicals, electricals and carpenters)
- Liaise with senior management to relay information regarding budgets and timescales
- Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards
- Monitor compliance within the organisation
- Set PPMs and allocate reactive maintenance tasks
