Estates Assistant – Bristol or Birmingham
We are currently seeking an Estates Assistant with experience in commercial or residential property management administration, particularly in landlord consents. This role will be based in either Bristol or Birmingham.
As an Estates Assistant, you will provide valuable support to our Estate Managers, working closely with colleagues in data, finance, and transaction management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting the team in all aspects of Estate Management, such as delivering quality customer service, generating client reports, managing databases, facilitating landlord/tenant communication, and handling finance-related matters.
Initially, a major focus of this role will involve managing landlord consents for client development projects, including refurbishments and remodels. Therefore, some experience in commercial or residential property management is preferred.
Proficiency in the use of property databases, such as Horizon or any other similar software, would be advantageous.
