Responsibilities:

A EUC Support Specialist is required for a growing IT Service Team in Bristol who are focused on a cloud first approach! As an EUC Specialist you will be heavily involved in key cloud first projects whilst maintaining the end-user compute estate, focusing on laptops and desktops.

EUC Support Specialist key responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the broader team to ensure continuous updates of the core Windows environment
• Proactively identifying and remediating vulnerabilities
• Contributing actively to third-party patching processes
• Packaging applications for swift deployment through cutting-edge MEM (InTune)
• Skillfully managing MAC compliance policies and device management for a flawless end-user experience.
• Efficiently handling ticket management through advanced ITSM tooling.
• Ensuring strict adherence to Request for Changes (RFC) processes for all modifications.
• Maintaining documentation of processes for seamless collaboration

EUC Support Specialist Technical skills required:

• Experience working in a hybrid environment.
  • AD on prem
  • Azure AD
  • 365
• Intune
  • Ability to package and deploy applications using MEM (InTune)
  • Understanding of compliance and configuration policies (InTune)
• Experience and understanding of Windows Autopilot
• Experience working in a hybrid environment.
  • AD on prem
  • Azure AD
  • 365
• SCCM experience
• Windows & MAC support
