We're looking for an experienced events person to lead our dedicated in-house events team. You'll work closely with the Marketing Managers to ensure all our events and exhibitions are well planned, and professionally executed, supporting our Company values and showcasing our products in the best way possible.
This is a unique role for someone looking to develop their Events and Marketing career and play a pivotal part in our UK Marketing Team.
What does this role involve?
- On-going assessment, management, direction and development of Demonstrator Team in conjunction with Marketing Management. Includes recruitment activities, system administration, payroll, and communications
- Managing Demonstrator Team attendance at events including travel, expenses, and payments
- Responsibility for the annual marketing events calendar, once agreed
- Ownership of event planning, preparation, execution and post event analysis
- Ownership of individual event budgets, invoicing, and financial management.
- Assisting with the running of live events, including troubleshooting on the day of the Event and post -event follow up, evaluation and analysis
- Responsibility for tracking budget and spend for event

Whilst focussed on events, you will work closely with the Marketing team on other events and opportunities as appropriate.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for a highly organised individual who has strong attention to detail, excellent time management and has a flexible approach to their work. You'll have excellent problem solving and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment which involves working with a range of different people and departments.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, with the ability to build strong working relationships. You will need to have a creative mindset as well as be proficient in the full Microsoft suite including Publisher. Previous experience of working in events and supervisory/line management essential.
Due to the nature of events management this role will require you to hold a valid UK driving licence.
