A hugely successful and busy company are looking for a new team member to come in and assist with following up on current bookings, by offering additional services for the event. This role would be perfect for someone who has some previous customer service experience, enjoys organisation and most of all, is great at speaking with people and building relationships.
If you have previous experience within the event industry, great! But this role would also be ideal for someone who is looking for that foot in the door too.

Role responsibilities:
- Calling through current bookings and offering additional services
- Building relationships with clients and suppliers
- Managing the bookings calendar and ensuring supreme organization
- Being the first point of contact for client and suppliers regarding bookings
- Checking in on the day of the event to ensure all is running according to plan and actioning any issues that may arise
- PLEASE NOTE - When an event is taking place on a Saturday, you will be required to check in with both parties via phone call on the day, and then remain on call throughout the day in case of delays/emergencies. This will just be a little phone work and will not require you to be in the office. When you are due to work on a Saturday you will be given reduced hours on a day during the week.
Candidate profile:
- Must have a bubbly and personable character. Your success in the role will be largely based on your people skills
- Happy to make outbound calls to upsell to existing bookings
- Highly organised and able to manage a calendar
- A passion or interest in the events industry would be highly beneficial
