Job Introduction
We are looking for a Events Coordinator to join our team at one of Rapport’s most prestigious contracts. The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms, and you will play a crucial role in delivering award winning service to our clients and their guests.
This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis. We offer excellent benefits, such as subsidised meals, lunch allowance while on duty, and discounted membership for the onsite gym.
Main Responsibilities
- Working within the Client Support Services Team, you will be responsible for booking, coordinating and delivering events in multiple spaces within the building
- Liaising with bookers, hosts, and other contractors to provide excellent service
- Ensuring the smooth operation of corporate events
- Providing excellent service, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner, according to the defined procedures with a friendly smile and professional telephone style
- Having a full understanding of the building layout to provide an outstanding guide to the details of Guest/Client requests when booking or enquiring about the facilities available

- Ideally have previous experience organising events, being familiar with event space setup styles
