£28,500 - £32,000 per annum, dependent upon experience

As the Young Norwood & Events Fundraising Manager, you will lead, plan, and execute a spectrum of events, ensuring they exceed expectations. Be the driving force behind Young Norwood activities, cultivating relationships and steering supporters on their journey with Norwood.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Norwood’s event programme, managing events from start to finish, meeting budgets and objectives.
- Drive Young Norwood activities, implementing development plans across the community.
- Plan and project manage an annual cycle of income generation for Young Norwood.
- Collaborate with event committees, volunteers, and supporters to maximize ROI.
- Work collaboratively with the wider fundraising team, marketing, philanthropy, and community engagement for successful outcomes.
- Prepare event resources, manage sales, and maintain accurate records on Raisers Edge.
- Manage the Annual Dinner alongside the Head of Events, from venue research to staff coordination.
- Provide timely information and reports, monitoring against objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
