Key Responsibilities:

· Understand and layer into the strategy event & community engagement requirements and objectives at each EMEA location, as these vary based on office size and resources available.
· Contribute to the creation of event & community engagement concepts, themes, and agendas that align with client's culture and values.
Event Coordination and Execution:

· Take the lead on developing event marketing materials and promotional campaigns across the entire EMEA region, ensuring they are designed within Amex brand guidelines.
· Lead the strategy for communication of event details through the various available channels (Slack, digital screens, email, poster sites etc).
· Support event registration and RSVP process, building best practice guidelines for guest management across all markets.
Budget Management:
· Own EMEA event and community engagement budget, tracking expenses and cost-saving opportunities.
· Contribute to post-event financial analysis and budget performance reporting in partnership with local EMEA colleagues.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Responsibility for on-site operations in the absence of London site leadership.
· Support on-site resourcing and participate in conducting interviews for available roles.
· Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
· Attend team meetings and participate in reporting activities.
· Safety (CBRE takes this super seriously)
· Complete at a satisfactory level all required and assigned HSE training.
· Follow all activity policies and procedures, including all HSE related requirements at all times.
· Participate in all HSE related programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing and assessment, etc.
About You:

· Adept at rolling out and gate-keeping processes across a diverse team
· Comfortable working across European markets; quick to build rapport and happy delegating from a distance
· This is a strategic role which is highly creative, but also centered around the coordination of team members across multiple markets to deliver excellent events and activations to a very high and consistent standard.
