Main objectives:

• The role is hands-on and required a true professional with excellent organization skills and great leadership.
• Responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations ensuring excellence in all areas.
• Managing the operational and logistical planning of all events from enquiry through to execution.
• To inspire exceptional service to all clients and guests; and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a strong relationship with client during coordination, execution, and evaluation stages of services.
• Champion the motivation and development of the Event team and identifies training opportunities and plans a strategy to accomplish goals.

  
Must have:

• Previous operational event management experience is necessary within Conference & Events Venue / high-end Event Caterer.
• Have dedication and a genuine passion for food, drinks, people, and a desire to deliver faultless events.
• You will be efficient, detailed and highly productive individual with a proactive and flexible approach as well as a 'Can-do', enthusiastic attitude.
• Have a good understanding of food, health, and safety, risks assessments and Standard Operating Procedures.
• A flare for both BOH operational efficiency and FOH service standards.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire a dedicated team.
• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment with an outgoing, upbeat, and positive personality.
