Salary Well known trade association / membership organisation seeks a Events Programme Manager. Paying up to GBP50 000.
As the Events Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day–to–day operations, and the platform for emerging leaders within the sector. You will work closely with a well engaged Advisory Board to strategize and execute a comprehensive program of events and engagement aimed at enriching the experiences of members, fostering industry connections, and amplifying the voice of the organisation.
Main duties will include:
Oversee the day–to–day operations. Act as the secretariat for the Board, organising meetings, setting agendas. Develop and manage a strategic calendar of events. Online and face–to–face, including seminars, networking sessions, roundtable discussions. Manage all communications for the network, including newsletters, website content, etc. Maintain and update the webpage. Utilize social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to promote awareness. Establish and nurture relationships with external organisations. Represent the organisation at Committees, working groups and industry events.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in programme management, event coordination, or related roles. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a hybrid role but flexibility to travel for events will sometimes be required.
My client offers a starting salary of GBP45–50k dependent on experience, 25 days annual leave and a great pension.
