About the Role
Join The Sheffield College as an Exam Invigilator and play a crucial role in upholding the integrity of the examination process. We are seeking individuals who are flexible, possess effective communication skills, and can confidently provide a reassuring presence to candidates in exam rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure exams are conducted in compliance with JCQ and college instructions.
- Maintain exam integrity by supervising candidates and minimizing disruptions.
- Handle emergencies, incidents, and candidate queries effectively.
- Collect, secure, and return exam materials as per protocol.
- Attend training sessions and undertake additional duties as assigned by the exams officer.
