Executive Assistant
A very exciting opportunity has come up for am ambitious EA who is hungry for progression! Working for a well known, Global Political Think Tank based near Oxford Circus. You will be supporting the Senior Global Managing Director who is based remotely as well as providing line management to roughly 4 other EA’s scattered across the globe! No prior experience in management is required, but candidates need to have proof of successful and natural leadership qualities in prior life experiences.
You are joining the most dynamic and diverse team, super collaborative team of EA’s around you, with exciting events and projects happening all the time!
The ideal candidate will have bags of confidence, upbeat and positive and ideally an interest in politics. Personality is the driving force of this role! Relevant industry background include; the civil service, consultancies, government
Duties will include:
- Diary management for MD
- Heavy meeting scheduling
- Juggling multiple time zones
- Travel bookings
- Liaising with high profile MD’s all over the globe on behalf of the principal
- Line managing and overseeing other EA’s/ TAs
