SalaryMy client is a global leader in their field. They are looking for an exceptional EA to support their CEO in a maternity cover contract. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to play a pivotal part in an incredibly exciting business and will be office based.Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Planning meetings
- Booking complex travel
- Preparing presentations
- Screen emails and telephone calls
- Deputise for the CEO when required
- General ad-hoc support duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working within a similar, high level EA role
- Fantastic communication skills
- A positive energy coupled with a calm and composed personality
- IT proficiency
- The ability to work well within a team and autonomously
