Atrium Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager, you will provide high level administrative support to senior team members and Directors across the business, which may change from time to time in accordance with business needs.
An exciting and varied role, the main aspects of the role are;
· Diary management, organisation of internal/external meetings, travel arrangements flights, hotels, parking, and transportation
· Venue finding (if off site) and setting up of meeting facilities, organisation of refreshments/lunch requirements and IT equipment
· Day to day admin support to Divisional Director's and Regional Manager's
· Managing the corporate/client budget spreadsheets
· Scheduling new starter inductions for the Divisional Director's and Regional Manager's
· Organisation of product launches and product training when required
· Issuing of invitations/meeting requests and coordination of attendees
· Production and collation of monthly reports utilising in-house database systems and information from internal departments
Experience/Skills Required
· Executive Assistant/PA background - Essential
· Excellent organisational abilities
· Elevated level of spelling and grammar
· Ability to thrive in a busy environment and handle pressure.
· Confidence and resilience when dealing with challenges/conflicting demands.
· High degree of accuracy · Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
· Advanced level of IT literacy (intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Products)
· Professional, approachable, diplomatic and team spirited.
· Able to apply confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of your role.
