We are currently seeking a candidate who has excellent administrative ability to join our Cambridge based client.
Working as an Executive Assistant / PA / Senior Administrator, you will be highly organised, with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has some experience as an Executive Assistant / PA / Senior Administrator, to further develop their skills within a team environment. You will have a varied workload which includes diary management, query handling, travel arrangements and meeting co-ordination.
You will be working in collaboration with a team of administrative professionals, working within a prestigious corporate environment.
Who are we looking for:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant / PA / Senior Administrator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload within a fast paced environment
- Good IT literacy - Microsoft Office
