The role supports the Managing Director remotely with flexible hours.
Role Summary:Ideal for someone seeking a challenging, rewarding role with personal growth opportunities. Strong administrative, financial, and organisational skills are required. Interest in interior design preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Administration support: managing correspondence, scheduling appointments.
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Diary management and travel arrangements.
- Bookkeeping tasks: reconciling statements, managing invoices, utilizing Sage Line 50.
- Oversight of supplies, vehicle maintenance, property upkeep.
- Assisting with project costings and financial analysis.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience as EA/PA/Senior Administrator.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Self-employed status required.
