The business, an interior design firm working with high-profile clients, specialises in high-end architectural ironmongery for houses and superyachts. The role supports the Managing Director remotely with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administration support: managing correspondence, scheduling appointments.
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Diary management and travel arrangements.
- Bookkeeping tasks: reconciling statements, managing invoices, utilizing Sage Line 50.
- Oversight of supplies, vehicle maintenance, property upkeep.
- Assisting with project costings and financial analysis.
- Previous experience as EA/PA/Senior Administrator.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Self-employed status required.
Flexible hours, typically a couple of hours daily, with potential for additional hours.
