What you'll be doing.

• Diary and inbox management for CEO and Co-Founder
• Project coordination, room bookings, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Executive-level support, report preparation, and data analysis
• Calendar management, team meeting arrangements, and minute-taking
• Tech proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams Calendar, Excel, Power Point, and project management platforms
• Business insights documentation and communication liaison
• Travel arrangements for personal and business trips
• Social media maintenance and strategic engagement

What you'll need.

• Minimum 5 years' experience as EA to C-Suite Executives
• Strong administrative skills with multitasking ability
• Graduate degree, preferably in Business/Communications or related field
• An interest in all things AI and FinTech
