Executive Asst for the Founding CEO of scale-up providing EV charging facilities.

He needs an Executive Assistant to take on a wide ranging role in supporting him, both in proactively managing his time and being actively engaged in the business.  He would like his EA to prepare him for meetings, handle follow up with his Leadership team, proof and improve his written communications, assist with investor relationships and new investor opportunities. Intelligent and very go ahead, he works best with an Executive Assistant who is agile, can work at speed, will think ahead for him, push back on decisions and above all has a curious mindset and desire to grow.  The Executive Assistant needs to be tech savvy, suited to a small company environment and ready to muck in.  The EA will be working alongside an Office Manager/HR professional.  4 days in the office essential and happy to work in Richmond, West London.
