Overview of the Role:
- Proactively support our CEO, CFO & COO in all Executive tasks including full diary management, extensive travel organisation, accurate processing of invoices, document writing/formatting, holiday management, minute taking etc.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the project teams as required.
- Become the point of contact for the Company and liase with team members and clients as required to ensure the continued smooth operation of the office. For example, support HR and IT in the onboarding of new joiners, and organising training and presentations for various departments.
The role requires:
- Significant Executive Assistant experience in a financial services or consulting environment
- Flexible - happy to roll your sleeves up and undertake a variety of tasks.
- Tech Savvy, you will be comfortable adjusting to new internal systems and able to confidently support our senior management.
- Competent user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Pro-active and comfortable in a fast-paced and challenging environment where existing problem solving, communication skills and organisational ability will be harnessed.
