Opportunity to join a busy, friendly Directorate within a great national charity to support the Director of Research to manage their time, meetings and interactions with colleagues and partners externally and internally.

Role Responsibility
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director
- Provide extensive diary and task management
- Keep track of Director’s communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Support with organising internal and external meetings
- Assist with budget and expenditure management
The Ideal Candidate
- Provide high quality, pro-active EA support
- Ability to organise complex meetings and events
- Excellent relationship building skills and collaborative approach
- Flexible and responsive to dynamic workload within a busy Directorate
- Able to work within a Microsoft Office hybrid environment
