Executive Assistant

Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for an Executive Assistant. Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.This Executive Assistant position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role you will be providing executive and administrative support to the managing director and senior management team.

This role is split into three main elements of the role:Executive Support

• Pro-actively support the managing director and SLT e.g., management of schedules, clustering of incoming emails, coordinating meetings requests and prepare internal and external communication from MD.
• Facilitate and moderate meetings, including reporting, note taking and follow ups.
• Organise and prepare monthly meetings for all managers, ad hoc preparation of presentations of meetings (putting together slides and relevant information)

Communication, Marketing & Events

• Manage website as well as the internal intranet.
• Manage company social media profiles.
• Issue company internal communications, weekly talking points and keeping whiteboards up to date.
• Organise internal communication events.

Administrative tasks

• Collect, record, and update various information regarding travel.
• Organise and book taxis, hotels, flights, cars, and trains etc., and reimbursement of travel.
• Prepare and facilitate external customer visits.

Skills and Experience required:

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of the German language is desired.
• Engineering background is essential, but aviation experience is advantageous.
• Extremely organised individual, who can multitask and manage their time efficiently.
