Experienced School Administrator Job - Nottingham

Previous experience using school systems is essential

Your new companyHays Education are working with a school in central Nottingham who are looking for an Experienced School Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis asap.

Your new roleAs a School Administrator, you will play an integral part in maintaining the vital functions of the school to ensure it runs smoothly. You will have the responsibility to provide administrative support to the whole school, and your duties may include responding to emails, dealing with school meals administration, ordering stationery, paying invoices, handling monies, printing and photocopying and managing school systems like SIMS/ScholarPack/Bromcom.

What you'll need to succeed

• Available Monday-Friday between 8am-4pm
• Experience working within a school office (essential)
• Working knowledge of systems such as MS Office
• Experience using SIMS system or other school systems
• Great organisation and communication skills
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
