SalaryWe are currently sourcing a skilled and experienced temporary School Exams and Data Manager to support teaching and learning through the effective management of internal and external examinations and the provision, tracking, and analysis of data. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in relevant legislation, possess strong data manipulation, analysis, and reporting skills, and have a proven record of leading a team.

Day to day of the role:
- Oversee the administration of internal and external examinations.
- Ensure compliance with examination board regulations and legislation.
- Manage the provision of data, including tracking and analysis, to support teaching and learning.
- Lead and direct a team, providing clear guidance and support.
- Desirable knowledge of MIS systems, particularly SIMS.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct others and respond appropriately in pressurised situations.
- Previous experience in examination and data roles.
- Respond to and resolve any examination or data-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain and develop knowledge of MIS systems, particularly SIMS, to enhance data management processes.
- Utilise expert level IT and audio/visual skills to support the role’s requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree or relevant qualification to support the role.
- Enhanced DBS Clearance registered to the update service
- Expert level IT and audio/visual skills, including proficiency in a range of IT programmes and equipment.
