Elevation Recruitment are working with a leading business in Barnsley. As the company continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled Export Administrator to join their team and contribute to their success.
Duties of the Export Administrator:
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, shipping labels, and customs declarations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and agreements. Stay updated on changes in export laws and regulations
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and carriers. Monitor and track the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery. Address any issues or delays in the shipping process
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and provide support as needed. Handle inquiries related to export processes and documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of export transactions. Generate reports for management review
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and logistics, to ensure a seamless export process. Liaise with customs authorities and other relevant agencies
Skills required of the Export Administrator:.
