As a Facilities Asset Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing commercial property events such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and dilapidations claims. This is a temp to Permanent role.
Provide reports and recommendations on critical lease dates.
Manage sublet/assignments of leases.
Maintain a lease database and highlight key dates.
Work with stakeholders to provide insurance and finance-related information.
Oversee property search and review service charge budgets.
Manage business rates reviews to optimise value.
Proven experience in commercial property management.
Strong communication, negotiation, organisational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of lease accounting, insurance requirements, and real estate laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
