Salary: £21,500 FTE (£12,700)

Facilities Assistant to work with our Edinburgh based client on a
Part Time basis.Based in a corporate office, the purpose of the role is to ensure the core office facilities and mail processes are adgered to efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare rooms for meetings
- Manage and distribute office supplies
- Repair and replacement or furniture, lock/key, all non-IT appliances (e.g. printersm coffee machines, microwaves, fridges)
- Support office moves for new starters
- Set up offices/desks for new starters and visitors
- Ensure all office areas are kept tidy
- Assist in mailroom when available
