Overview of the Role

We have partner with a renowned landlord & property management company for the recruitment of a Facilities Coordinator position, covering their retail park portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the RFM in contractor permit reviews and compliance monitoring.
  • Managing purchase orders and competitive quotes from approved contractors.
  • Ensuring environmental and social sustainability compliance reporting.
  • Coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Administrative tasks
