Job Description
- Customer facing - dealing with staff members and tenants
- Helpdesk inbox, Facilities management
- Daily building inspections
- Engaging appropriate vendors promptly
- Adhere to KPIS and SLAS
- Workplace budgets
- Maintain relationship with building management
- Manage reactive works
- Supervise site PPMs schedules
- Risk assessment and method statements
- Sort mail - distribute - porterage
The Successful Applicant
*Experience with PPM's and scheduling
*Demonstrable experience in supplier contract performance and measurement
*Good communication and able to work within a team
*Have an understanding of hard and soft services
*Working towards or obtained IWFM full membership
*IOSH/ NEBOSH qualified
*Team player with an enthusiastic attitude and pro-active approach.
