Our Client in Yate is looking for a skilful Facilities Manager/Supervisor. Working with the Engineering Manager and Health and Safety Manager to oversee the jobs of the onsite Maintenance Team and scheduling tasks. The Maintenance team include many skills – electrical, plumbing, building. Full responsibility of management of allocated tasks from logging through to completion.
Tasks may include:
- Routine maintenance of all on-site facilities – repair works of all buildings and facilities – from light bulbs through to plumbing, etc.
- Using inhouse system to log maintenance and track repairs.
- Using inhouse system to track health and safety concerns and correct.
- Where those skills are not inhouse – contractors will be required.
- Signing in contractors and onboarding to ensure all relevant certificates for site safety are checked.
- Checking works completed to sign off.
- Sourcing external contractors where required for specific jobs and pricing, etc.
Rate of pay: Depending On Experience
Hours: Full time, 7am to 15.15pm Monday to Friday
