Key Responsibilities
- Front of house such as welcoming visitors & supporting them appropriately
- Ensuring security procedures are followed
- Delivery of support services such as porterage, meeting room management, managing the FM mailbox
- Inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions
- Logging, facilitating and overseeing reactive and PPM visits
- Ensuring compliance for environmental & HSEQ standards
- Completion and compliance of traffic management plans, Fire risk assessments and water hygiene arrangements as appropriate
- Completing and assisting with audits including security
